South East England
Brighton, Reading, Oxford, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Travel charges quoted on request.
Other UK Locations
For areas outside our standard coverage, please enquire about availability and applicable charges.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For service bookings, we typically arrange appointments within 3-5 working days, subject to availability in your area.
Our busiest periods are usually during autumn and the post-Christmas weeks when many households upgrade their broadband or receive new devices. Booking ahead during these times is recommended.
